The use of these mats greatly reduces the probability of a message on the tray after freeze drying. Lift off is so much better and less wasteful of the product when trying to get it off the tray into bags.

Glad I ordered silicone tray liners!

Even though I often reused parchment paper liners in my trays for same and similar foods, I feel much less wasteful using the silicone liners. Saving money and environment is always a good thing!
